Terms and Conditions of Internet Traffic 24x7 Membership:

Wherever in this document the word "we" or "us" is used, it refers to Internet Traffic 24x7 website management. 
Wherever in this document the word "you" is used, it refers to the member.

Upon becoming a member of the Internet Traffic 24/7 Exchange system you have agreed to give full truthful information regarding yourself to us.

We hold the right to change this agreement in anyway and at anytime, and the revised agreement will be placed at this very same location. Example: http//internettraffic247.com/Info/terms.php .

The basic membership here is free:  A membership with us brings free traffic to the pages you put into your account. There are certain things you, the user, must uphold. These things are:

Provide a valid email because we will be sending you an email that contains a code that we must receive back. That code is to verify the identity of you, the member.
The memberships are limited to 1 and only 1 per person.
We keep the right and ability to reject any member application for whatever the reason may be.
We also* hold the right to ban a user/member who has habitually and/or purposefully desecrated any of our policies.
Internet Traffic: The word Traffic in this instance is defined as a hit or a visit to your web page, executed by another member of our system, using whatever browser they may be using. This traffic is delivered on an as-available basis. There is no guarantee regarding the rate at which this internet traffic will be delivered to the specified site. For one visit it incurs the cost of a single token to you the member.

Tokens: A single token permits the member to obtain a visit of ONE of their sites currently listed. These tokens can be bought or earned by surfing the site. These tokens have no redeemable cash value, and can be used at Internet Traffic 24/7 and only here. Tokens that are not used do not amass interest. No refund on credits/ tokens

Referring other people to become members: A link is given to you the member that can at that point be used to bring people onto the site. If those people sign up through your referral link you are credited with a member to your downline.  As a result of this the referrer will receive a percentage of the tokens that are earned by the member that you referred to the site. You receive that percentage as long as the person you refer stays a member with our system.

Member to member email: The members are allotted to send 1 text based email per week through a form on our site to the member(s) they have referred if the member(s) are okay with receiving such mail. The referred member’s email will at no time be shown or sent to the referrer. The referrer has the option to give the referred member there email. After a message has been sent the person receiving the message can use the same form to respond. This service is specialized and designed to assist member to member communications.

Upgrading your membership: Your membership can, on a month-to-month basis, be upgraded but for a fee. This fee is not refundable and is also not prorated. Upgrades come in the form of package deals, and provided ways to incur more tokens per hour than a basic member.

We withhold the ability to reject any site from our system.


Upon using the services provided, you hereby agree to never attempt to challenge the integrity, appearance, or even the reputation of our website.
By using this service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity, appearance, or reputation of our site.

Both party’s hold the right to expire the agreement whether or not there is cause. For you the user to cease this agreement you log in to your account, go to the member’s area and click on close account. If it is us that  terminates the agreement an email will be sent to the verified address that you provided along with a reason for the lapse in agreement.

In a case of account termination, any tokens that weren’t used are discarded and any referral tokens are stripped from the account. Any member you referred will be given to your Up line referrer or will be classified as a free agent in which other members have the opportunity to purchase that person for there own down line. No membership fee is refundable, if your account was opted for automatic payments, the payments will stop being automatically drawn on the date of termination. If you incur a charge unintentionally, the money will promptly be refunded for the full amount.

You hereby agree that using this service is completely at the user’s own risk. The services provided are “as is” and goes without a warranty, both expressed or implied, of any kind. This includes, without limitation, any warranty for Information, Services, Uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with our service.  We repudiate any warranties relating to the availability, precision,  or content of information, products or services. We disclaim warranties of Merchantability or Fitness for a particular purpose.

This disclaimer pertains to all and/or any damages or injuries that were caused by failure of performance error, oversight, deletion, delay of all and any kind, viruses to your computer, theft and/or destruction, inattention, non permitted access to our website, or any other cause of action. You admit knowing that we are not in any way liable for slanderous, offensive or illegal behavior of other customers or third parties and that the jeopardy of injury rests solely with you.

Internet Traffic 24/7, any agents, affiliates or content providers can be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages coming from us of our services or the inability to gain access to or use our services, or out of any violation of any warranty. The customer recognizes that the provisions in this segment apply to all content on Internet Traffic 24/7.

Any info. made accessible by Internet Traffic 24/7, regardless of the style of communication (web, wireless, or email) is Copyrighted by Internet Traffic 24/7. There is no claim placed on websites that are listed or displayed, but we treat  the information as we portray it as Copyrighted material, as well as the software we use to present it with.
